Tourism Béziers
Beziers is a town in Languedoc in the south west of France. This is the Prefecture of the Hérault.
The city seems to be a real set of stones, unwavering, which lasted for centuries and seems willing to cross other. At the heart of town visitors will discover its history through sompteuses houses, mansions but also churches.
The center of the city fully evokes the art, with the personality of Injalbert. This artist known to have been a jury member of the World's Fair marked the city through his summer home and its magnificent gardens. A place named after him and presents some of his works. Others are also exhibited in the Museum of Fine Arts.
Beziers is known for its famous Fest which is held annually in August. A million visitors come to participate in this 5-day holiday when many bullfighters will stand up to the spectacular animals.
Green areas invite visitors to relax and rejuvenate as the set of poets or the garden of the bishops. The latter can benefit from superb views of the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean.
