Our local cheese has a Controlled Label of Origin, the cheese of Langres is manufactured according to the old traditional receipts.

Under its orange crust the cheese has a a light yellow paste, a sweet taste which gets stronger. A basin called “fountain” digs the top of cheese. This characteristic could be assimilated to the shape of the ramparts girdling the town of Langres.

If the weather is good, the Langrois Flying-club proposes you to see the town of "Langres by air", an ideal manner to admire the ramparts, at the  Rolampont airdrome.

For the Cyclo-Cité Tour, the Cinzia bicycle is adapted for an urban use, offering six speeds to be regulated according to the relief.

Each adult bicycle is equipped with a basket and a theft protection device. The accessories such as helmets, seats children, monowheels are proposed  for free. The effort is limited for the visitors pleasure.

The presence of a basket coulds be useful for bags, a city map and even an audio-guide…
