To this day dedicated to the magic of Brocéliande, we advise you to start :

From outside the superb private Trécesson Castle (late fourteenth), known for its water mirror and White Lady.

To stretch your legs, we propose to explore the Val Sans Retour. You will find in the Valley, the famous Golden Tree and the Mirror Fairy and the Merlin chair. Whether you're into rough or stroll stroll, you can choose between Loop 1 and 4km. On leaving the Valley, you can go to the village of Tréhorenteuc to admire the Church of Graal, famous for its beautiful stained glass windows and paintings unusual for a place of worship.

Then you can take a little break at the archaeological site of the Neolithic Jardin aux Moines, just 100 meters from parking.

You can continue with the Fountain of Barenton with its 4km loop in the forest. known for its fountain bubbles, to be the theater of the famous legend of Chrétien de Troyes "Yvain and le chevalier au lion"and for being the meeting place of Merlin and Viviane.

Continue on towards the Oak Guillotin to admire this impressive completely hollow ancient tree. A priest would have hidden during the Revolution in its trunk. You will have only 100 meters to go to admire this giant.

For the last day, we invite you to visit:

The archaeological site oh Hotié de Viviane (chest 2500 years before JC) and the Tomb of the Giants (1500 years before JC) for a ride of 4 km. You'll get to see stunning panoramas throughout your walk.

Then you can visit the Tomb of Merlin, emblematic site of the forest (100m from the car park or loop 4km) and the Fountain de Jouvence a few hundred meters from the Tomb of Merlin. The Fountain de Jouvence is known to give the power to rejuvenate but beware ... This only works at the summer solstice (the night of June 20 to 21). You will also discover in this loop the lake of La Marette and his career very interesting from a geological point of view (possibility of a succession of geological layers).

You can end your day with a 4km loop of Oak Hindrés, 500 years old.

Remember that it is possible to shorten the walk 1.6 km.
