Below the crest of Arrée hills, you will find the hamlet of Relecq and restes.de Abbey of Our Lady of Relecq. DESCRIPTION STEP

 Parking at the Abbey 1, walk along the lake following the yellow signs, you will reach a road. Turn left on 40 meters and turn right into the road called "Bank Aleg." Turn left twice to reach the CD111. Cross the asphalt road passing near a cross. Follow the opposite path through the hamlet of Kernelec 2.
 The trail continues along the valley until Queffleuth ordeal Lesmenez 3.

 The gravel path ascended "the mountain" of 3 kms. Climb to the "neck" between two schist ridges, left the Roc'h Diry year, and the right Roc'h Toupas year. You are the fountain of the three bishoprics 4, which marks the boundary between the three former Dioceses of Leon, Tréguier and Quimper.
