Denis muzet in montsoreau castle

Denis Muzet is the guest of the bookstore of the Château de Montsoreau – Museum of Contemporary Art on the occasion of the publication of his book Le son du Vivant, published in 2022 by Aube editions.

Denis Muzet is a sociologist. Assistant to Abraham Moles at the University of Strasbourg, in the 1970s he was one of the first French researchers to study soundscapes. He now devotes himself to field recording and electroacoustic music. He founded, with Madlen Herrström, the group “Soundmark” whose purpose is to identify the Sound Footprints of
territories.
