Gourmet trek

The Aspe Valley is located in the heart of the Bearn Mountain and offers a preserved nature.

Day 1: Departure from Bedous, 3 h walk will allow you to discover the history and the architectural heritage with the 'chemin des muletiers', the Aydius old slatery, high altitude barns and the Aïnce fountain. Picnic for lunch and Gourmet dinner and night at Aydius.

Day 2: 5 h walk through forest and pastures, Night in Bedous. Gourmet dinner at the Pimparela hostel in Osse-en-Aspe.

Day 3: Discover Saint James's Way (1.30 hour walk). Lunch at the Sarrance hostel. Return to Bedous (1.30 hour).
