During this first day, we suggest you visit the castle in Baume and go to the Laguiole museum'.

Inside the castle, you will discover a room that is devoted to Napoleon's memoirs, Emmanuel de Las Cases. In it, many memories of his Séjor St. Helena, as well as those of his life with the emperor are exhibited. You will discover also some anedoctes the beast of Gevaudan.

The museum Laguiole, Laguiole

Then, go to the Museum of Laguiole. You will discover rare objects (knives ...) and visit the manufacturing facilities of the knife. So you can understand all stages of manufacture.

To start the second day, we suggest you visit the Park of Gevaudan wolf.

Park of Gevaudan

Seek to know the wolf as it really is. It is the purpose of the park of Gevaudan. Inside, you will discover advertisements, stories, photographs and a mini-theater. You will also encounter wolves in their natural state.

Then you can go to the waterfalls Déroc. Lake Salhiens rushes from a high basalt cliff and fell 32 feet below. You can also sit in front of the other lakes: Lake Souveyrols, smaller Lake St. Andéol or lake Born.
