Our Restaurant overlooking the sea offers different menus and suggestions made with local products and we select and recommend the local wines to accompany your menu.

Our chef Pierrot Chapoulot, having worked in many countries (India, Canada, Germany and France) has finally settled in Corsica, a place to express his international know how, where he combines the Mediterranean products, his knowledge of spices and techniques.

Chef in India, Canada, Germany, France and finally Corsica he has quickly become a major figure in our restaurant.

His dishes are a mix of international influences which combines oriental spices, original dressings and ancestral techniques to revive our menu made with the freshest local products. The Fish comes from local fishing and the meat comes from local farmers.
