For group visits, the Prune Museum tour is guided. Also the tour can be done using the museums audio tour headphones and touring the museum at your own pace.

The first room is about the drying of the prunes since 150 years. The reconstruction of the authentic 'Fourniere' or wood stove shows the evolution of the job. There is also an important collection of old tools as well as many postcard enlargments on the job back then and the prune markets, dating from the beginning of the century.

The second room is dedicated to the processing of the prunes showing a workshop dating from the beginning of the century: selecting, manchonnage and conditionning.

The third and last room has rare collections od archives dedicated to the business of the prune. Also, one can see 'the oldest prunes in the world' made by an English 'Maison' in 1856.
