The Château de La Bourdaisière’s Plant and Spring Festival is celebrating its 30th anniversary! Over the past thirty years, this event has become a must-attend gathering for plant and nature lovers.

For its 30th edition, the Plant and Spring Festival will take place on April 4th, 5th, and 6th, 2026. It will bring together numerous exhibitors, horticulturists, and garden enthusiasts, all showcased to the public within the historic setting of the Château de La Bourdaisière and its 67-hectare park.

Over the course of these three days, the Château de La Bourdaisière will sell tomato plants from its National Tomato Conservatory, located in the château’s kitchen garden. Around 8,000 visitors will also have the opportunity to attend gardening demonstrations, consult garden experts during themed conferences, and purchase seeds, plants, botanical collections, tools, as well as garden furniture and décor.

As the festival takes place over the Easter weekend, both children and adults are invited to enjoy three days of Easter egg hunts in the château’s park. Each day, egg hunts are organized: at 10:30 a.m. for children aged 3 to 5, followed at 11:15 a.m. by a family egg hunt in the forest, with many prizes to be won (a night at the château, tickets to La Bourdaisière festivals, chocolates, and more).
