Musée de la Castre
Located in the old Cannes, the medieval castle overlooking the Croisette, the bay and the Lerins Islands. Acquired by the city in 1919, the town decided to install the Musée de la Castre inside the building.
Small rooms harbor primitive Himalaya-Tibet, arctic art collections, as well as Mediterranean antiquities and pre-Columbian ceramics. The chapel has musical instruments worldwide. Finally, three rooms are dedicated to landscape painting in the nineteenth century Cannes and the French Riviera.
At the top of the building, a panoramic 360 ° view over Cannes and the coast awaits you.
