The old village of Muna is a step built village on the side of the mountain. It is possible to stop over and walk up to the village. 

Departure of Letia St-Roch or of Letia St-Martin, behind the church. Take the 'Mare a Mare nord - variante' path towards Guagno-les-Bains. Go down along the river through the oak trees forest.

Departure from the parking of 'Croce Maïo' accessible from the small road above the village of Soccia. Follow the marked path and walk around the lake of Crena from where the view on the mountains is amazing.

Start from the highest part of the village of Soccia by the footpath 'Mare a Mare nord - variante'. Follow the road of the Lake of Crena then go up to the chestnut grove. The path goes up steeply then goes down to Orto.

Start from the hamlet of Pudingu in Renno towards Evisa. Go through the chestnut grove and follow the footpath 'Mare a Mare Nord-Variante'. Arrival at Letia St-Roch.
