Discover terrasson, the garden city

The old bridge in Terrasson is unique, built in the 12th century by the Benedictine monks, it has both Romanesque and Ogival archs as it was restored several time, which gives the bridge its bendy shape.

If you are visiting Terrasson by the 14th of July, we invite you to stay and admire the fireworks. the town of Terrasson puts a lot of effort into it with dazzling illumination of the of the old bridge and light show falling down the cliff.

The imagination Garden celebrated their 10th anniversary in 2009 and their 500,000th visitor!

To celebrate the event, the garden will host a new type of rose called 'La Rose Clothilde Courau' that will be inaugurated by the actress herself.

This new creation will be join the previous creations such as the Rose Lolita Lempicka and the Rose Charles Aznavour.

The history of Terrasson is spread over 14 centuries, from Genouillac from where the first monk arrives in the 6th century until today. The town of Terrasson offers a historical tour through which you will follow its evolution up to today.
