Musée de Préhistoire

Renowned for the richness of the collections for leisure and cultural activities, Tautavel museum was inaugurated in 1992. Through the 20 rooms arranged, the course traces the European prehistory. The visitor can then appropriate the lives of his ancestors.

In each room, there is a presentation of the elements exposed. One of the rooms also has a life-size reconstruction of the Arago Cave. And during the summer, a video allows tourists to watch live searches that are performed at the Arago Cave.
