Le Musée-Magnin


Originally Magnin Museum is a private hotel, run by two enthusiasts Arts, Maurice and Jeanne Magnin, whose family acquired the nineteenth century. This building was built between 1652 and 1681 by Etienne Lantin. In 1930, the hotel was built in order to be able to exhibit the collections bequeathed along with the hotel by Maurice Magnin to the state. He wanted the museum to keep this atmosphere inhabited house and a private collection. Magnin Museum offers the opportunity to discover a collection of 1300 paintings, 700 drawings, but also several pieces of furniture and objets d'art.
