Musée Léon-Bonnat
The « Musée Bonnat » is one of the largest in France. Located in the heart of Bayonne, this building represents the architecture of the 1900s and was designes to house the art Works by Léon Bonnat, a local artist. The architect who designed the museum, wanted the building to be in harmony with the art works it houses.
This mix goes together with the paintings, sculptures, drawings by great artists such as Rubens, Le Greco, Murillo, Goya, Ingres, Degas … The drawings section is famous around the world.

Open from the 1st of April to the 31st of Oct from 10 am and 6.30 pm.
From the 1st of Nov to the 31st of March from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm.
Closed on Monday and bank holidays.
