Jazz in marciac


Marciac and jazz music, a love story since 1978

The festival takes place over the first fortnight in August in the village of Marciac and has every year around 200,000 visitors. The fame of the festival has crossed the borders and made it possible to have famous names of the jazz music to play there: Dizzy Gillepsie, Stan Getz, Michel Petrucciani, Ray Charles, Diana Krall.
