Beaujolais nouveau

The Beaujolais Nouveau Festival marks the beginning of sales of this wine primeur. It takes place in several cities in France, every year on the third Wednesday or Thursday of November and lasts five days.

During this event, the producers of Beaujolais open the doors of their domains to welcome visitors.

Many other activities punctuate the Fête du Beaujolais Nouveau, such as:

free tasting sessions, exhibitions, music and dance shows, exhibitions of painters and sculptures, handicraft fair, etc.

The animations differ from one city to another, but all revolve around Beaujolais.
