American film festival in deauville

Since 1975, the Festival du Cinéma Américain has been held at the Deauville Centre international, at the Casino Lucien Barrière and at Cinéma Le Mony at the end of each summer for this year's 44th etition. At this festival, a hundred films from the United States are selected and presented to all fans of the cinemas who find themselfs there for their greatest pleasure.

You will see all genres, from feature films to short films, big Hollywood productions to independent cinema, even through television. It will also have animations which will be organized in the village where the festival takes place which will allow you to better understand the American cinematographic culture.

And in the end, the best productions will be rewarded by a jury and the outstanding figures of American cinema be honored.
