The town of Anduze covers 1900 hectares, the last foothills of the Cevennes to the plain wine and scrubland. It consists of 18 villages, none of which bears the name of Anduze, built for the most picturesque foothills of the Cevennes and dotting its border territory of the town of Anduze. Anduze is bordered to the north by the Gardon d'Anduze and is crossed from west to east by Ourne a torrent Cevennes with impressive and frequent floods in autumn.
