Tourism Morestel

Morestel is situated in the department of the Isère and the region rhône-alpes region.

Morestel especially is known by the beauty of its site and the very special light that attract, since the 19th century, many artists (Corot, Deaubigny, Turner) and françois-auguste Ravier, leader of lyon school of paint, that in its pictures and its manuscripts did not stop praising the skies and the sunset of the region.
