Tourism Douelle
Old commercial harbour in the Lot valley, the streets of the town were before living with many coopers, sailors (named “gabariers” in French, because of the name of this special wood boat “la (the) gabare”), innkeepers… Douelle is today classifying as the “Vineyard Harbour of the Lot Valley”. The people remind the good restaurants. The holidaymakers enjoy practice outdoor activities through the natural spirit they can find here, even if they are on the road (walking, riding), in the sky (paragliding) and over the river. Douelle is a welcoming town for sailors, a tasting area boarded by a strange landscape of hills and the vineyard of course.
