Harvest festival in tain l'hermitage

A festive event

It was in 1974 that the Harvest Festival was born in Tain l'Hermitage. It developed in publishing editions, is enhanced as the nectar that it honors for over 30 years.
The Harvest Festival takes place over two days in the third weekend of September. But in reality, it all starts on Friday of the previous week with the election of the Miss Harvest and its two Dauphine.

Then comes the feast that starts on Saturday afternoon by a petanque contest then to 17 hours runs a wine competition where all producers compete canton put their harvest of the previous year, Red and White. At 21h, the start is given to the night parade composed of a dozen illuminated floats through the city, accompanied by musical groups. The evening ends with a musical entertainment
