Hauts-de-seine parks and gardens

Located on Plessis-Robinson, this pond was dug on the order of Colbert, Minister of Louis XIV, to create a vast water storage for the ponds of Sceaux Park.

Today, this rain water reserve was transformed in a fishing pond and allows quiet walks in a shaded atmosphere while observing many water birds.
3,5 hectares for fishing, playgrounds for children and fountains.

In the middle of the Vallée-aux-Loups Park, two steps from the Chateaubriand's house, the Arboretum tells the passion for trees and charming gardens designed like tables: garden of the fruits, romantic  park "à l'anglaise"...

Classified to the list of the picturesque sites, it includes a unique collection of more than 500 species of trees and shrubs on 13,5 ha.
56 ha of landscapes, slopes and small valleys timbered, of coppice, groves and vast clearings.
You could see the town from some points of view on the peaks of Plessis-Robinson or the park and the Castle of Sceaux.

20 ha of walking paths and for relax dominated by the Tower of Figures of Dubuffet.

Many activities : playground areas, tennis tables... A market hall of the 19th century shelters a horse-gear for ponies and the Environment House.

The "unforeseen gardens" shelter an indigenous flora.

12 km length, 50 ha of parks... The "green stream" is a pedestrian-cycling connection from the Porte de Vanves to the RER station of Massy-Palaiseau.

It is connected to the Vercingétorix Walk in Paris. Many sports and leisures activities in the towns.
