Situated at the border between Champagne-Ardenne and the Burgundy, the country of Othe is delimited to the North by the river La Vanne and by the national road 77 to the South.

Gate of classical tradition, wall paints of the XIX century, monumental retable of the XVII century decorated by a very beautiful Assumption of the virgin, remarkable attributed picture in the School of Simon Vouet.

Very beautiful religious objects, tapestries, statues. The church shelters also a canvas from Jacques Letin, "the Donation of the rosaire" located in the south chapel of the crossing of the transept.

Covered market of type Baltard

Built in 1889 by Aristide Fortier, according to the model of the architect Victor Baltard in Paris.
Magnificently restored in 1997, the covered market shelters every Wednesday morning the market of Aix-en-Othe, that is a part of the most beautiful 100 markets of France.
