Saint-honoré-les-bains

Saint-Honoré-les-Bains is a commune located in the Nievre department in the Burgundy region.

The thermal spa of Saint-Honoré-les-Bains were built on the site of ancient roman baths called Aquae Nisinei. The building of the spa is located in a park dating from the second half of the 19th century, although the actual aspect is dating from the 50s.

The 'chateau de la montagne' is the first fortified building that was built on the Vieille-Montage. in the 19th century a monumental stair case, receptions rooms, the library and a winter garden that does not longer exists. Le castle is listed historical monument.
