9 AM: Departure to the market of Uzès. Uzès and its history. Stroll and shopping.

Visit at Domaine les Lys (producer biological conversion near Uzes) followed by an aperitif and lunch. Walk in the Garrigue with Daniel Nicolas, local expert in the wild.

5 PM: Return to hotel for dinner

9 AM: Meet at the hotel for a workshop "Ideal wine tasting for spring with degustation"

12.30 PM: Breakfast at hotel

3 PM: Cooking classes, menu "Wild Plants of Spring"

7.30 PM: Dinner at the hotel

08.45 AM: Departure for a visit to Domaine Clavel, organic grower northeast of Montpellier followed by wine tasting

2 PM: Picnic with typical local products

3 PM: Visit and tour at craftsman/manufacturer of goat cheese near the Pic St. Loup (possibility to visit again a winemaker on the way back)

6.30 PM: Return to hotel for dinner

9:30 AM: Departure to the Pont du Gard. Site visit and aqueduct, walk the Memory of Garrigue, Mediterranean landscape

12:00: Lunch at or near Collias

2 PM: Departure for Vers Pont du Gard for a visit to a bakery shop and discovered the famous "Fougasse"

5.30 PM: Return to hotel for dinner

09 AM: Departure for a tour and tasting of olive oil at the Moulin d'Uzes, followed by a visit to the farmers' market in Uzes.

12h00: Visit and tasting at Domaine Deleuze-Rochetin followed by lunch on site

2 PM: Depart for Area Red Garence for a tasting of Cotes du Rhone

6 PM: Return to hotel for dinner

09h00: Departure for a visit to a cheese artisan at Shepherds of Belvezet, where you will attend milking goats. Followed by a walk

12h00: Aperitif and lunch with cheese and sheep milk.

2 PM: Departure to Tavel, a visit with renowned producer of rose wine at the Domaine de la Mordorée followed by a tasting

6 PM: Return to hotel for a Gala Dinner, to close the stay
