This water mill restored shelters the Winterberger museum which evokes the memory of the peasants and the workmen of the ternois. Certain agricultural machinery produced by Winterberger are exposed (reaping-machines, threshing-machines, combine harvester…)

Come to discover 24 rooms dedicated to the rural life of antan, the history and technique of the mills, the history of the Wintenberger Establishments from 1850 to 1950, the agricultural exhibition of equipment, 2 gardens: a vegetable garden and a garden of the approval.

In addition to a deposit of the archaeology, you can see there works of the painter fréventin Louis DUCATEL (former candidate in 1969 with the Presidency of the Republic) which the famous métacryl, but also a beautiful presentation of costumes of musicians and pretty sculptures of the Willems abbot inspired by a poem…

The existing buildings which were built between 1746 and 1770 made party of the abbey of Cercamps founded in 1137 per Hugues II Candavène, tells St pol. This is the baron de Fourment who transformed them into Castle in 1823.
