Parc Jardin des Papillons


The butterfly garden is a space dedicated to butterflies which was created by the association Proserpine in 1999, concerned about the protection of butterflies. This green space has the distinction of being between the Alpine and Mediterranean climate. This place is ideal to support the diversity of butterflies because it also contains more than 500 plant species. Butterflies of all types are present. This garden houses including butterflies. Visitors can admire more than half of the French butterfly species, 136. 320 species of moths are also visible, including three protected species! The butterfly garden is proving to be an ideal place to live for the butterflies, but not only! Visitors can also see throughout the year other animals.
