Carnival of nice

As every year, Nice organizes one of the biggest events in France: the Carnival of Nice. This new edition will take place from 11st to 26th February 2017, with the theme "King of Energy". Nice will live 15 days of unusual holiday. Giant parades day and night, voluminous chariots, supplied and mechanized, colorful costumes, big heads, more than 1000 musicians and dancers, battles of flowers on the Promenade des Anglais ...

In order to accommodate the spectators in a 100% secured enclosure, the course of the carnival corso as well as that of the battle of flowers has been completely redesigned. The two events will take place on a unique route: the tanks will march on the Place Masséna and will turn around the Promenade du Paillon.
