La Maison des Gorges du Verdon

Dating from the eighteenth century, the castle is typical of large country houses in Provence corner towers. Crumbling, it was bought in 1981 by the municipality of 300 inhabitants to restore. Today, it welcomes children and adults of 140 m².

The main purpose of this site is to educate tourists that surrounds the Gorge. In the great hall, showcases, staging and video tell the human relationship to the environment and especially if the history of the inhabitants of Verdon.

The course will allow you to descend gradually to the bottom of the gorge of the Grand Canyon du Verdon.
