Montpellier danse

Montpellier Danse is a contemporary dance festival that takes places every year at the end of June in the wonderful city of Montpellier since 1981. It is the meeting point for dance and for all the cultures of the world.

During the 15 fays of the festival, the unmissable places of Montpellier are invaded by international choreographic talent. The performances mainly take place in Angora, it is building entierely dedicated to dance that opened in 2010 which is located in the heart of the city in the former Ursulines Convent.

About fifty shows are organized at each edition but the festival also includes film screenings, exhibitions, rounds tables, and there will even be special meetings with the artists.
