Since 1931, on the French Riviera and the "Mimosa Route" Mandelieu its winter colors yellow rays of mimosa, which shares with the queen elected the star of the party.

At night parades, flower parades and flower battles, nine tons of yellow pompons are used to decorate the floats parades marching to a different theme each year, under a barrage of mimosas and a thunderous applause.
