Normal as you say Mr. Galligani, a founder of the Charter of the Bouillabaisse is none other than the director of that institution known and recognized in Marseille. It can thus enjoy a bouillabaisse in the purest tradition (before you cut fish, separate service and fish broth), dominating the bay of Marseille. And what a view in this spacious room and very nice!
