The hotel was in fact a staging post during the Napoleonic era, and beautiful exposed beams and some adobe walls still bear witness to the antiquity of the building. Similarly, the beautiful bread oven in the dining room where it is sometimes good outbreaks, creating a cozy atmosphere in the room where the evening is "candlelight dinner".
In season, meals are served on a shaded terrace or in the restaurant which has earned a regional reputation.
