Welcome to the Alps on camping « A la Rencontre du Soleil ». Camping A la Rencontre du Soleil is located at the foot of the 21 hairpin bends leading to the Alpe d’Huez. In the setting of the most beautiful mountains of Europe, this small-scale campsite welcomes you in summer and winter in a natural environment, where you can stay with your tent, camper van or caravan, or choose for the comfort of a chalet, mobile home, or gipsy caravan.
From the campsite, you can visit the Oisans and its valleys. Cyclers can take the challenge of the most famous climb of the Tour de France, while hikers can enjoy a few of the most impressive landscapes of the Alps in nature park Parc National des Écrins. In winter, you can make use of the ski slopes of the Alps that are located a few minutes from the campsite.
